On Wednesday night the Continental Village Fire Department was dispatched to Sprout Brook Road for a report of a motor vehicle fire. Upon arrival 14-1-2 reported a working car fire on the side of the road with no occupants found. 14-2-1 arrived on scene a short time later and quickly went to work extinguishing the fire. FD units cleared the scene after about an hour.
