On Tuesday night, members of Continental Village Fire Department, were appreciative to have Officers from the Putnam County SPCA come down and give a presentation on Animal Cruelty and how we can help to spot signs and the steps to take. This was a very informative and helpful presentation and we thank the officers of the SPCA taking their time to come down to our department and help give us more insight on this topic.
